Strawberry Salsa
½ cup red onion, sliced thin
½ cup red pepper, thin julienne
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 ounce olive oil, extra virgin
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients and chill for two to four hours.
